A spirited Sudanese grandma arrives in Bristol! Join Sudanese Youth Theatre for a comedy-drama full of family, surprises and heart.

A Sudanese comedy-drama by Sudanese Youth Theatre

Funny, heartfelt and full of Sudanese character, She’s Got the Shib-Shib! explores family, identity, belonging and standing together in the face of prejudice.

Our young performers invite you into a world where Sudanese humour meets Bristol life and one grandmother always has something to say. Whether “Haboba” feels like home or is a word you’re hearing for the first time, you’re warmly welcome.
